How Do Online Reservations Work?

What is required to make a Reservation?

When you find the property of your choice you can book the property online, or call 1-866-998-6694.  When making your reservation we require a 20%.  The remaining balance is processed 21 day prior to arrival.

 

When is Check-In & Check-out Time?

Properties will be available for Check-in at 4:00 pm.  Check out time is 11:00 am.

Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated, ask first.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy?

The 1-Night Rental Deposit is Non-Refundable. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in loss of all monies, and any claims must be taken up with the travel insurance company, if a policy was purchased. As of September 1, 2007, any reservation that has been cancelled and reinstated is subject to a $50 reinstatement fee, to be charged at time of reinstatement

What is the difference between staying in a vacation rental and staying at a hotel?

Our vacation rentals offer an excellent alternative to traditional hotel family vacations.  Hotel rooms are much smaller, and a family of four or more often will need to rent 2 or more hotel rooms just to accommodate everyone.  In addition, they’ll have to go out to restaurants for every meal, possibly pa for hotel parking, internet use and phone calls, which significantly increases the overall cost.  Our vacation rentals offer more value, more space, more amenities and come with fully equipped kitchens for eating some or all meals at home. 

Is there a fully equipped kitchen in all vacation condos and homes?

Yes, every condo has a fully equipped kitchen including:  Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, broom and dust pan.

Are linens and towers provided?

Yes, there are linen and towers provided in each condo.  All bedding is provided and towers are supplied.

 

Are the vacation condo/home cleaned daily?

No, the vacation condo/home is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure.  You can request a mid-stay clean at an additional charge.

 

Are the properties non-smoking?

Yes, all our properties are strictly non-smoking

 

Is wireless internet available at our rental property?

Yes, all properties are equipped with wireless internet access.

 

Are there on-site laundry services/facilities?

Each unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

 

What is the pet policy for the rentals?

Pets are allowed only in specific properties and do require an additional fee.  Prior permission will need to be granted from the agent so please notify us in advance so we can make proper arrangements. 

 

What is expected of me in regards to cleaning of the property after my stay?

Guest shall surrender the premises in the same undamaged condition as when received.  Dishes should be rinsed and placed in dishwasher and refrigerator should be emptied of all food.  Any food or drink spills should be cleaned and the air conditioning and lights should be turned off prior to departure.
