A twenty-five year veteran in the hospitality and tourism industry, Randy’s powerful communication skills, clarity of vision and strength of conviction have established a network of alliances that include local dignitaries, hospitality leaders and heads of states throughout the eastern United States. He has developed many high performance marketing teams, which empower team members to achieve clear, focused and profit oriented yields.

 

He currently serves as President of Compass Hospitality Group, LLC, (founder).   He owned and/or served as a corporate officer of: Dillard & Associates (founder), Days Inn Disney West, Best Western Maingate, Monarch Hotel Management Company, Central Florida Convention & Visitors Bureau, Western Sizzlin Steak Houses (franchise division)

 

Hospitality consulting clients include: FaulknerUSA, a nationwide design build hospitality development/construction company with over $2.2 billion in public/private projects completed in the last five years; Global Spectrum, a public facilities management company, a division of Comcast Spectacor, one of the worlds largest sports and entertainment conglomerates; Turkel Advertising, a full service, multi cultural advertising agency with clients including: Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, Greater Miami Hotel & Motel Association and the Peabody Hotel Group.

 

Served various boards of directors including the Kissimmee/Osceola County Chamber Of Commerce, having served its Executive Committee for five years; Chairman Osceola Resort Area Council; Foundation for Education of Osceola County; Current Chairman, Central Florida YMCA (Osceola).

 

He is a twenty-five year resident of Central Florida, and currently lives with his wife and two children in Kissimmee.

Wayne started his first software company before graduating college in 1985. He relocated his company to Kissimmee, FL in 1991 and has continued to grow Micro Key to 25 employees with annual sales of $2.5 million.  Micro Key Solutions provides best in class software solutions to the Life Safety Industry. Their software solutions monitor millions of subscribers world wide.

He also has been a partner with Compass Hospitality Group, LLC dba Dillard & Associates since 2005 serving as CTO. With his 25 years of software development experience he leads the software development team in addition to utilizing his skills in strategic management.

Chuck is a thirty year veteran of the hospitality industry, with hotel and sports sales and attraction marketing with The Walt Disney Company, Universal Orlando, and Busch Entertainment Corporation.

Chuck served as regional and corporate sales director for two major hotel companies in central Florida ,overseeing salesand marketing efforts for over 2,000 rooms. During this time Chuck also served for five years as Chairman of theKissimmee-St. Cloud Convention & Visitors Bureau Marketing Committee, working daily with the bureau to developbusiness for the Kissimmee-St. Cloud resort areas.

Chuck helped develop such programs as Disney’s Grad Nights, Night of Joy, Corporate Family Fun Nights. With Sea World of Florida, Chuck was responsible for sales and marketing efforts in all markets for Florida Festival. In 1996, Chuck joined Universal Studios to launch the new ‘Flex Ticket’ program to compete with the Disney Park Hopper tickets. Destination Universal was formed to partner with area hotels to give them an opportunity to joint market their hotels with four great attractions.

For the past five years Chuck has dedicated much of his time helping develop sports activities in central Florida as Director of Sales for Youth Basketball of America, an organization with 60,000+ young people from all over the United States and over 15 countries worldwide.

Doni has continually demonstrated the impact great creative can contribute to sustainable business results of his client base. It's the blend of business experience, vision and creativity that serves as the cornerstone of his success.

His experience in Sales Management, Marketing and Advertising Design give Doni the necessary skills to direct the Marketing efforts of Compass Hospitality Group, LLC and Dillard & Associates, with primary emphasis on streamlining internal marketing efforts and directing the branding, development and execution of strategic plans with the Dillard & Associates core team.
