Eleanor Murphy, Partner

Eleanor Murphy has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry.  She started in an entry level position and worked her way to top management positions in various areas of operations, her area of expertise is finance. 

Mrs. Murphy is the "woman" behind the successful man, and the successful company.  Her support and dedication has allowed Jim Murphy to commit time to various community and charitable organizations while still managing a successful organization.

Bill Murphy is a highly dynamic, goal orientated professional with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.  His experience consists of operations management, human resources, training, development and community and governmental relations.

 

Bill has worked for VSA, Good Management, CFI, has expert owner relations skills, and also manages multi associations.  He holds a CAM license, is a certified Rooms Division Specialist and holds a diploma from the American Hotel Motel Association.

John A. Leite

Chief Financial Officer

 

John is an experience senior resort management veteran with over 21 years of experience in the realm of hospitality. He started his impressive career in resort operations and progressed through the management ranks, while working for a diverse portfolio of Four Star, Four Diamond full service resorts such as the Belleview Biltmore Resort, Hawks Cay Resort, Don Cesar Resort, Westgate Resorts, Crown Plaza Resort, Hilton Hotels, Marriott Hostels and Choice Hotels.  He attended Queens Borough Community College with an Associate in Science Degree majoring in Business and has attended numerous hospitality educational programs.

John has a highly successful track record in delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of hotels/resorts by accomplishing performance objectives focused on business revenues and guest and associate satisfaction  His background includes managing award-winning hotels and expertise in accounting and financial functions of hotels.  John has over seven years experience in successfully directing hotels' and timeshares' renovations with over 47 million dollars in the transformation of the properties.

 Eugene DeFranc

Chief Engineer

 

Gene is a seasoned Operations Director with more than 30 years experience as a building engineer/maintenance manager. He has an established record of excellence and the proven ability to turn around the engineering operations of residential and commercial properties.

His work history in Central Florida includes Facilities Director at the Celebration World Resort and Director of Engineering at Embassy Suites in Lake Buena Vista Florida.  (aka Promus Hotel Corporations) Before moving to Florida in 1996, he worked as the Director of Engineering for a developer/management firm that served 250 NYC residential buildings including many high rise properties.

Angelo Chiarelli, LCAM

Angelo has 30+ years of successful management experience. He is currently managing our resort in Kissimmee, Florida. Legacy Dunes is a very busy 488 unit property located 5 minutes from Disney World.

 

 

Judy Greene, LCAM

Judy works as Assistant to the President of our parent company, Osceola Management & Consulting, Inc. and serves as a corporate CAM liaison to ensure compliance with all State regulations and the high level standard of services provided by OMC. She grew up in Central Florida and has many years of experience working as a project manager/coordinator for several major corporations in the area.

 

Karin Dutton, LCAM

Karin has more than fifteen years of experience working in the hospitality industry and nine years working in the timeshare industry.  Previous work experience includes ARDA, and the corporate offices of Fairfield Resorts Cendant TRG, Sunterra, Planet Hollywood and Universal Studios. Karin also served in the U.S. Air Force. She is the Owner Relations Manager for OMC Management, LLC.   In this capacity she is responsible for maintaining relationships between OMC, our owners and Board members.
